The first portable densifier designed for on-site processing of UBC's. Totally portable, the PCD-500 will densify up to 500 lbs. of aluminum cans per hour into uniform 11lb. briquettes.

Whether it's an individual with a small volume or businesses with large volumes, the PCD-500 goes wherever cans are collected and accumulated. The PCD-500 will get the job done efficiently and economically.

The PCD-500 is simple to operate, extremely reliable and easily maintained. Whoe cands are loaded into the main hopper or into an optional conveyor hopper for magnetic separation. The cans are then densified into uniform brquettes that can be stacked and banded or transported back to a main facility for shipping.

By processing in this manner, the PCD-500 substantially reduces handling and transportation costs and when combined witha pick-up truck, the unit because a mobile recycling center in itself.






As an accessory to existing recycling operations, the PCD-500 enables the operator the ability to send the unit out as a satellite operation to such places as:

The PCD-500 requires no electricity and is powered by an 11 horsepower gasoline engine. The gydraulics are overbuilt to insure extended life, dependability, ruggedness, and more than ample compacting pressure. The PCD-500 is field proven and is delivered ready for operation.
